The National President of Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) Elder Chinedu Okoronkwo, has thanked President Buhari for his immense support for the Oil Sector. He said in an interview with inside Afrika News, that since inception of this administration, that lots of achievements have been recorded especially in the area of motor spirit (PMS), today we record zero queues in the filling station, he said” the era of fuel scarcity has gone from the nation’s petrol stations.
President Muhammadu Buhari, has also approved building of Modular refinery which will create thousands of job in the Country, presently Dangota refinery it’s on the way, including IPMAN refinery and other Oil refining firms, soon Nigeria will no longer have to embark on importation of fuel. When asked on the issue of subsidy payment he said the government has approved issuing of promissory note which will help marketers. The National President of IPMAN Elder Chinedu Okoronkwo, further encouraged Nigerians to look beyond Oil, and begin to diversify into farming especially now Agriculture in Nigeria has taken center stage since boarder closer.
